4-H CAMP

Applications for 4-H Camp can be obtained at the Perry County Cooperative Extension Office located at 933 Perry Park Road, Hazard, KY 41701, or on our website at https://perry.ca.uky.edu/. The cost of 4-H Camp this year is $50.00. Limited spots are available, so to secure your child's spot, please return the completed application and payment to the Perry County Extension Office. Campers must have completed 3rd grade before the first day of camp and be between the ages of 9-14. Teen Counselors in Training must be 15 years old, while Teen Counselors must be between the ages of 16-18. Please note that 18-year-olds are required to undergo a background check before attending 4-H Camp.
